Return Policy

At Whettings, your satisfaction is
our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 10 days of the original purchase date for a full
refund or exchange, provided the item is in its original condition, unworn/unused (if applicable), and with all original tags and packaging intact.

"Returns" page, or contact our customer service team at customerservice@whettings.com

Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer,
unless the return is due to a Whettings error (e.g., incorrect item shipped,
defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return. Our main supplier CJ Dropshippping will handle the returns.

Once we receive and inspect your
returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 15 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.

Whettings reserves the right to
refuse any return that does not meet the above criteria.

Guidelines

1. Eligibility for Returns:
• You may return unused, undamaged, and resalable Whettings products within 30 days of the original purchase date.
• The product must be in its original packaging, including all tags, labels, and accessories.
• Personalized or custom-made items are generally not eligible for return, unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part.
• Certain items, such as final sale items or items marked as non-returnable, are excluded from our return policy. These exceptions will be clearly indicated on the product page.

2. How to Initiate a Return:
• To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Support team at customerservice@whettings.com within 30 days of your purchase date.
• Please provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for your return.
